A needle and plasma separation tube are used by the healthcare professional to perform the blood draw and store the sample.
The labeled sample will be processed by the healthcare professional and then placed inside the plastic biohazard bag.
The cold pack and foil pouch keep the packaged sample cool during return shipping.
The included return label routes the packaged sample to the CLIA-certified U.S. laboratory partner.

Kit can be stored at room temperature and the sample should be collected prior to the expiration date on the outer kit box.
